How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order online from the website or if you have seen a piece or would like a customized piece (different coloured stones), please contact me at susanginijones@gmail.com

Payment and Shipping

You can purchase online through my website, Etsy, or any of the galleries, and stores where my work is featured.

Shipping jewelry items with a tracking number within Canada is approximately $15-$28. If you would like to have the pieces mailed without tracking, the approximate cost is $4.00 for a padded envelope in the regular mail.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Purchases can be made through Paypal, Square (from this website) or by direct e-transfer. Purchases can also be made at any of the stores where my jewelry is sold.

Returns & Refunds

Stock items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase from this website. All pieces must be in orginal condition. Custom orders are non refundable.

Purchases made at a gallery, exhibition or store must be returned or exchanged in accordance to the merchant's policies.
